Convenience -The Emergency Department is conveniently located on the first floor of the Bloomsburg Hospital.
- On average, patients being in the Emergency Department are treated and released within 90 minutes.
- Most insurances are accepted, including Medicare and Medicaid.
- If you need to stay overnight for any reason, we provide every patient with a fully private room.
- No patient is refused treatment because of the inability to pay.
