Description
A clinically competent, Professional Registered Nurse who delivers nursing care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation in a Level II Emergency Services Department with a patient population range in age from infancy to geriatrics.
Possess the ability to interact with the Hospital and Community population in accordance with the individual's age group and level of growth and development. Effectively interacts with patient, significant other(s), healthcare team members and ancillary personnel, while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Performs other related duties as assigned by Head Nurse/Charge Nurse.
Hours
7AM - 3PM and 3PM-11PM: as scheduled. Includes every other weekend and holidays as scheduled.
Experience
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing.
Previous clinical experience in Emergency Services Nursing and/or Critical Care preferred.
Current BLS and ACLS preferred.
