Description
A clinically competent, Professional Registered Nurse who delivers nursing care to the acutely ill medical and surgical patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation in an acute care facility.
Possesses the ability to interact with the Hospital and Community population. Effectively interacts with patient, significant other(s), healthcare team members and ancillary personnel, while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Performs other related duties as assigned by Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse. Functions in the Charge Nurse position when delegated.
Hours
Hours are from 11pm to 7am. Includes every other weekend from 11pm to 7am. Other hours & holidays scheduled as needed.
Experience
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Previous Medical/Surgical experience preferred.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Ability to communicate fluently, verbal and written.
Current BLS preferred.
