Description
This position will provide physical therapy case management of home health & hospice clients and is responsible for the direction, coordination and general supervision of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. Hours
Hours Vary - Full Time including weekends & holiday rotation
Experience
Possesses a license to practice as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or other rehabilitation facility.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Demonstrates ability to organize and communicate effectively with a proficiency in computer skills.
Possesses a current PA drivers license and automobile insurance.
